Mentoring for mentees was organized by Manpower development department,HR division. The programme was held on 29th November 2009 at Tanjung Puteri Resort. Mentees are from MMHE staff which is below than 2 years services.
The main objective to provide this mentoring programmme are as follows:
1- To supports the triple plus elements, especially in leadership development and changing the midset of MMHE satff.
2- To provides platform for new entrants and High Potential Staff(HPS) to learn and garner better relationship with leaders and seek guidance and direction in their personal and career development.
This programme will be take for 2 years and it is considered as a formal mentoring programme. To ensure this programme is benefits and successful, HR decided that this programme will be park under mentor's KPI.
